Austin Ukulele Society (AUS) continues to impress me. This weekend AUS arranged for a visit from the Dallas uke group, and together, we saw the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain last night on the UT campus. We got together for a joint Dallas-Austin uke group meeting this morning, and then went to Rattlers Inn this evening to watch some really great uke performers, including The Love Leighs (pictured here), Kathey and the Kilowatts, and of course, the fearless leader of the AUS, Bob Guz. I'm loving the uke scene!
