 Select members of the Austin Ukulele Society performed a benefit concert at the Civic Center at Lakeway tonight. It was part of the community's annual “Made in America” event, which raises money for several charitable efforts.  The 14 of us (13 ukes and one upright bass) played for approximately 250 Lakeway residents. Everyone seemed to like our show, and afterward the event organizers treated us to a wonderful barbecue dinner.
